Schedule Your Appointment
Before you schedule your appointment, we provide you certified mechanic based on their work history, ratings, and reviews from other customers. Our mechanics are available 7 days a week from 9 am to 6 pm. Simply select a time that works for you and provide payment information to book your service & of course you can always manage your booking 24/7 from our website or mobile app
The Day Before The Appointment
- You’ll receive an email or SMS reminder from us on the day before your appointment.
The Day Of Your Appointment
- You’ll get a text and email when your mechanic is on their way to you
- Navigate to the appointment in your dashboard to see your mechanic driving to you on the map.
- If you’re not available to meet with your mechanic, message them from the appointment in your dashboard and let them know where they can pick up the keys to do the repairs while you’re away.
- Please avoid driving your vehicle 30 minutes before your appointment to keep the engine cool. Your mechanic will arrive at your specified location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
During Your Appointment
- Feel free to ask your mechanic any questions you have about your vehicle.
- You can ask your mechanic to provide the old parts they replaced (an extra charge may apply if there is a core charge). Otherwise, your mechanic will properly dispose of the old parts for you. After every service, our mechanics perform a full 50-Point inspection on your vehicle and an electronic report will be available in your dashboard.

- If you’re purchasing a vehicle and want a second opinion about the quality and maintenance of the vehicle, you also can have a mechanic do a Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection.
